Almazara De Ortegas is a family business that has for many generations been dedicated to agriculture and for 15 years their farming practices have been 100% organic.

The Almazara De Ortegas estates are located in Yecla (Murcia), inland from Alicante and are traditionally cultivated. Their olive groves are unwatered (Los Charquillos and Hoya Hermosa).

Marcelo Ortega Quiles, founder and mastermind of Almazara De Ortegas, has been awarded “Farmer of the Year 2016” by the “Association of Friends of the Museum of the Huerta de Murcia in Alcantarilla”.
