ELABORATION This delicious Jelly from the Albariño grape faithfully reflects the wine from which it comes. When reduced, the Albariño Baladiña is so flavourful, with no artificial additives or preservatives.

CONSUMER ADVICE Perfect combined with foie and of cheeses, e.g:, Manchego, Zamora, White fresh cheese… Nice companion with seafood, e.g:, small crab, lobster, and salads. As for desserts Gelee de Baladiña is the ideal complement for pastries, desserts with fruits, cakes, and dark chocolate.
